Molade Adeniyi is the CEO of WAVE, an organisation focused on youth unemployment & levelling the playing field for young people to access the skills and the opportunity to become what they imagine.

Molade has a passion for the youth and women in particular and as such is an associate member of WIMBIZ where she is actively involved in many of its initiatives. She leads the teenage ministry of the Elevation Church where she teaches, coaches and mentors teenagers.

Molade serves on the Executive Council of Serving With Love Foundation, an NGO which supports indigent women and children through empowerment, feeding and educational programs.

Molade loves great food, travel and is a keen netball player.
She is based in Lagos with her family.
